The SF thematic priority 'Enhancing institutional capacity and an efficient public administration' is designed to bring forward new mechanisms for programme design and planning, drawing on specialist expertise and supporting collaboration between departments.

This workshop featured a mixture of plenary sessions and small group work. Aligned with the Commission's proposals for cohesion policy 2014-2020, the workshop offered regional officials the necessary skills to engage with the new programme requirements for integrated territorial development and collaborative working.
